I worked with The Void, a hyper-reality company, to create an internal dashboard and business intelligence tool to showcase critical metrics and monitor real-time status of their immersive, live stages.

In 2017, The VOID was experiencing a period of rapid growth. Their locations grew from 4 to 10 in a period of months, with stages in 3 countries. With this expansion, the VOID needed a central repository that could provide executives and stakeholders with critical metrics for all the stages worldwide. These KPIs — which included throughput, capacity utilization, uptime, and ticket sales, among others  — had to be defined, captured, integrated and displayed in a single location. The end result was a business intelligence portal and notification system that provided increased visibility, leading to increased efficiency and effectiveness. Role-based access allowed us to make the tool available to both VOID team members and on-location partners, and included localization to account for time zones and local currencies.
