In 2013-2014, I worked with the team at Rokkan to redesign the web site for Aer Lingus, Ireland’s leading national airline. In my role as VP, Client Services at Rokkan, I led the team through a discovery process to determine our approach. Once we had our strategic vision, I worked with a cross-functional team (UX, Visual Design, Tech) from planning, design and development through launch.
