JetBlue & Rokkan: Account Director/VP Client Services, 2010-2014
I was the Account Director and then VP of Client Services for Rokkan from 2010-2014 on the JetBlue AOR account. Our work included the redesign of jetblue.com and TrueBlue, v1.0 of the JeBlue mobile app, v1.0 of Fly-Fi, JetBlue’s inflight portal, v1.0 of JetBlue’s iPad app, inflight videos, and many other projects. Our work transformed the JetBlue digital experience into a cohesive, omni-channel, mobile-first experience, and won over 18 industry awards including honors from the CLIOs, the Webbys, Digiday and Google Creative Sandbox
