In 2018 I collaborated with Quantuvis to create product documentation and user guides for their suite of new products. My role was one of investigator, researcher, and writer. I defined the structure for the presentation of the tools, identified key functions and flows, and wrote guides and articles, including annotated graphics. The completed documentation — which covered 3 different products and was over 100 pages — was delivered both in document format and on the Quantivus Zen Desk site.
