COPYWRITING, TECHNICAL WRITING

Over the course of six months I collaborated with Quantuvis to create product documentation and user guides for their suite of new products. My role was one of investigator, researcher, and writer. I defined the structure for the presentation of the tools, identified key functions and flows, and wrote guides and articles, including annotated graphics. The completed documentation — which covered 3 different products and was over 100 pages — was delivered both in document format and on the Quantivus Zen Desk site. Due to the proprietary nature of this work, writing samples are not provided here, but are available upon request.
