Led Virgin America account at Anomaly (anomaly.com) from initial brand awareness campaigns
through design and development of the transactional web site to coincide with launch of the new
airline in August 2007. Led the strategy and execution of all web initiatives for Virgin America (virginamerica.com). Translated
business requirements and objectives into an integrated tactical plan covering transactional web site
and launch of loyalty program (Elevate).
• Received 9 design awards for virginamerica.com, including honors from Zagat, OMMA, AdTech
and the Webbys
• Worked closely with design and development teams to define product KPIs and technical
requirements and monitor performance for new airline web site
• Conceived and launched the digital portal for Virgin America’s award winning loyalty program,
Elevate
