DIGITAL STRATEGY, MARKET RESEARCH

I partnered with Solidarity of Unbridled Labour on an 10-week research and web strategy project for their client, Ocean Insight, a global spectroscopy company. Ocean is in the midst of the rebrand, and the project was to determine how the web site should evolve to fully express the ambition of the new strategy. My research included analytics reviews, stakeholder interviews, user surveys, a content audit, and competitive analysis. The end result was a strategy deck that synthesized the findings and presented the strategic vision and key recommendations for the new site was released in the fall of 2019.
