PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, COPYWRITING
In early 2019, I worked as a contract product manager for Language Tools, a language learning community and online marketplace. I started out by performing a site audit and an analytics review, followed by user testing. Once we had a clear, prioritized set of product enhancements and a product backlog – synthesized from these efforts – I managed the site updates and rebrand, wrote new marketing and product copy, and established regular analytics reviews. All key metrics were up at the end the 6-month contract period.
